Our community members are the core of the OBM Circle.
We are connected – just like co-workers – through our Discord community server. (Discord is kind of like Slack or MS Teams.)
When we work, we log in. You can see who else is online and check out any recent questions or conversations taking place. Ask your own question, or contribute to current chat to help out others. You can even join one of our community events!

The OBM Circle’s purpose is to support OBMs and related Specialists starting at the prospective phase and throughout the growth of their businesses.

HOW does the Circle support your business and professional growth?
Guided by our collaborative foundation and Connect, Grow, Shine philosophy, we foster an environment where:
- Isolation is replaced with connection and empowerment through collective support.
- Continuous learning is driven by our members, who bring their unique challenges, experiences, and strategies to the table. We also (plan to) welcome industry experts to share their knowledge and insights to support our growth.

What TYPE of internal events does the Circle host?
We run both professional and fun events with the Circle!
- We host “power hour” co-working sessions.
- We host a coffee chat each week, which is a casual event where we talk about whatever comes up, personal or professional.
- We host a weekly “brain share” event, where we break down a topic and share what we know.
- We host a tech and ops call, where we focus on a tech/ops topic and dive deep.
- We also host a monthly happy hour, where we celebrate our accomplishments of the month!
- More will be added in the future to meet the needs of our community.
All event content and topics are member-driven. Members are encouraged to create their own events or host one of our regularly scheduled events!
How do I CONTRIBUTE to the community?
You’re welcome to engage in whatever way works best for you.
You’re encouraged to share ideas, ask questions, lead workshops, participate in discussions, share resources, and help shape our ongoing projects and events.
What is the COST to join The OBM Circle?
Currently, membership is free and members who join now are considered founding members.
When the membership launches with paid tiers, founding members will be grandfathered in with access to all membership benefits for free for as long as The OBM Circle exists.
